UNITE FOR AMERICA LIVESTREAM RALLY
On Thursday, September 19, from 8 – 10pm EDT, Vice President Kamala Harris and Oprah Winfrey will be joining forces for a one-of-a-kind livestream event uniting Team Kamala supporters from across the country. It is reported that more than 140 of Harris’s grassroots support groups will be represented. Let’s join in by signing up here.
HARRIS-WALZ WELCOME VOLUNTEER CALLS
Do you know folks who want to get involved in the Harris campaign but don’t know where to start? The organizing team is holding regular welcome calls to bring new people on board and let them know how best they can help. Let’s make sure we share this link with our networks and keep bringing in new volunteers!

CANVASSING: FINANCIAL HELP WITH HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION
According to The Grassroots Coordinator, the organization Seed the Vote offers financial assistance for volunteers who knock on doors to get out the vote in Philadelphia, Detroit, Phoenix, Reno, and Milwaukee, and in Racine and Kenosha, Wisconsin. Whether or not we need this assistance, if we want to volunteer to canvass or phonebank in swing states, Seed the Vote is a worthwhile effort to be involved with. Let’s visit their website and fill out their intake form, and get started.

CREATE AND SEND “SELFIE” POSTCARDS TO URGE FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO VOTE BLUE
The Working Families Party is holding several virtual workshops in September to teach people how to create selfie postcards that we can send to friends and family to remind them to vote for Harris and down-ballot Democratic candidates. We can sign up here for a workshop time, or here to receive instructions on how to do this on our own.

GET TRAINED TO HELP PA VOTERS VIRTUALLY ON THE VOTER ASSISTANCE HOTLINE
Pennsylvania is a key state for Harris to win, and every vote matters. Now we have a chance to help, even if we don’t live there. The Voter Assistance Hotline is looking for volunteers to help voters with questions about voting and any issues they encounter while voting. We do not need to be PA voters to work on the hotline and can volunteer remotely as well. Calls will come from all counties and from voters from all parties, and we will help them all. This hotline as a project of the 2024 PA Democratic Coordinated Campaign If we have further questions, we contact them at voterprotection@padems.org. Every vote counts, especially in Pennsylvania, so let’s work together and protect each vote! Training dates are on Fri, Sep 20, 3:00pm–4:00pm EDT, Thu, Sep 26, 7:00pm–8:00pm EDT, or Mon, Sep 30, 7:00pm–8:00pm EDT.
