Hi! So you've posted a number of call to actions that ask us to call our state attorney general and secretary of state. However, when I've attempted to call either of these, I'm met with confusion and slight hostility towards leaving a public comment over the phone. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to contact either of these offices and leave a public comment? One even suspiciously asked me if I was a reporter and wouldn't take my comment.

I’ve just learned of a tool for California, VT, and DE. They have laws on the books for “misprision of felony.” Imagine the possibilities if they file criminal charges against all relevant suspects. When I was a middle school guidance counselor, that’s how we addressed bullying. Start with the underlings not the kingpin and watch the house of cards collapse.

1. California: AG is Rob Bonta. rob.bonta@doj.ca.gov or https://oag.ca.gov/contact/general-contact-form. Or call 916-210-6276.

2. Delaware: AG is Kathy Jennings. attorney.general@delaware.gov. Contact form: https://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/forms/complaint_form_ddoj/. Criminal Division Telephone: (302) 577-8500 Fax: (302) 577-2496

3. Vermont: AG is Charity Clark. https://ago.vermont.gov/consumer-assistance-program-complaint-form. Fax: 802-828-2154 TTY/TDD: 802-828-3171. Voice: 802-828-3171

VT and DE have had convictions for misprision of felony. https://scholarship.law.marquette.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=3642&context=mulr
