Yes. Heartbreaking and astonishingly routine. Crimes are being committed right under our noses in state supreme and probate courts across the country. People need to contact their US representatives and tell them there needs to be a hearing in Congress. They also need to contact the US Senate Judiciary Committee and ask for a hearing in the US Senate Judiciary Committee on The Constitution. Here is an article I wrote last week published in Mad In America.
Diane Dimond, an investigative journalist commented and said, "U.S. Senators and Congress have failed to correct the obvious corruption in this so-called 'protective system.' Lawmakers have known since the 70's about the criminal element that has quietly snuck into this secretive part of the justice system. Multiple millions have been spent on exhaustive and duplicative General Accounting Office (GAO) investigations that spell out - in stark terms - what needs to be fixed. Yet, nothing has been done on a federal level except for the spotlight seeking hearings you describe." She goes on, "As hundreds of thousands of new wards-of-the court are created every years I wonder if Americans realize someone they love could be THIS CLOSE to having their civil rights stripped away by unscrupulous players and uncaring judges."

This is from Spotlight Pa yesterday. It is astonishingly routine across the country. https://www.spotlightpa.org/news/2023/04/pa-guardianship-laws-senior-protections-penny-raffa/
These stories are heartbreaking. What do you think citizens should do?
