I laughed out loud with pleasure at the anti-NRA use of the NRA website. A few comments.
(1) I noticed that the list of action opportunities is disorganized by state, so I thought it worth mentioning a general trick for sorting through a long list of items on a web site. In a google Chrome browser, for example, ctrl-f while hovering over the web page brings up a search window. Entering text then highlights all occurrences of the search text inline, and provides a visual cue in the right-hand scrollbar for easy one-click navigation to occurrences of the text.
(2) The League of Women Voters link to "Find Your Elected Officials" is perfect, providing a top-to-bottom view of all elected officials from Federal Executive and Congress right down to City Council and Mayor.
(3) I found an amusing aspect of NY gun law on the NRA-ILA site - no license is required to possess, collect, or carry an "unloaded antique firearm" such as a "muzzle-loading pistol or revolver with a matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system." (I think this may have been the original intent of the framers of the Constitution. :)
